The political views apart my friend, Mr.Bush was also hanging out there on top of the list... i wanted to include John F Kennedy too - the list could have got bigger with inclusion of JFK, Mussolini, Musharaff - but as you mentioned the list became more a communist show because of my editing on the topic ;-)
Well, It is just a list of leaders - who didn't look for a peace in their leadership.
